Poivy
Veronica Acosta is a Paraguayan-American architectural designer at BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group, and founder of Poivy. A passion project born out her love for the Paraguayan culture and lost craft of hand loomed textiles. Poivy reimagines the traditional "poyvi" textile to be used everyday in a variety of fun ways. "Poyvi" literally means cotton thread in the native language of Paraguay, Guaraní.
