International Shipping

As we are based in the UK, we use Royal Mail for both UK and International shipping. Our parcels are always tracked so the buyer can monitor the delivery progress. Please allow ample time for delivery and be aware of any production lead times noted on the product pages. You can view Royal Mail’s Tracked shipping costs below or here (page 4 for parcels shipped within the UK or page 11 for parcels shipped from the UK to the rest of the world).

As of January 1st, 2021, there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping price at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. Gubns and its designers are not responsible for any customs fees or charges which are levied at the point of delivery. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you can return them to us for a refund or exchange* (*UK customers only) within 7 days of receipt. Returned items need to be in the original condition and packaging, and sent back to the designer.

All products are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to the stated address.

Once your return has arrived back, it will be processed within seven to ten days of receipt.
